Can you drive a golf cart on Ocean Isle Beach?

Only a street-legal LSV. Low-speed vehicles may use public streets only, not sidewalks, with a licensed driver and NC DMV registration, tag, inspection and insurance. The Town issues no temporary golf-cart permit. No motor, battery or wind-powered vehicles are allowed on the dunes or strand.
